The Essential Product Kit for Korean Lash Lifting with Maxymova

If you’re new to Korean lash lifts or wondering which products you truly need to achieve flawless, healthy results, you’re in the right place. Today, I’m going to walk you through how to build a complete Korean lash lift kit using Maxymova products, based on experience and real results.

Korean lash lifts focuses on lash health, elasticity, and a clean, lifted finish, so product choice is everything.

Pre-Treatment Is Key

Before starting any lifting, especially if your client has had a previous procedure, pre-treatment is essential.

For this step, I highly recommend the Amino Prep. This product helps cleanse the lashes more deeply, removing excess oil and residue that can interfere with the lifting process. It also prepares the lashes to receive the active solutions evenly.

Another must-have is the After Lift, one of Maxymova’s star products. This is a powerful regenerating treatment that helps restore lashes that may be over processed, weakened, or damaged from previous services. If a client comes in with compromised lashes, After Lift can make a huge difference in the final result.

The Main Lash Lift Steps

Once the lashes are properly prepped, we move on to the core products you will need for any type of lash lift or lash lami.

Step 1: Lifting Cream
This is the product that softens the lash structure, allowing it to be reshaped safely.

Step 2: Fix
The neutralizer locks in the new curl and fixes the lash shape exactly where you want it.

Step 3: Hydration
Hydration is non-negotiable in Korean lash lift. You can also achieve great results with other hydration products in the Maxymova line. For example, many of our trainers consistently use the Lash & Brow Cocktail, and it has worked beautifully.

The Lash & Brow Cocktail contains cysteamine, which helps maintain lash elasticity during the process. It prevents the lashes from becoming brittle and leaves the fiber looking noticeably more hydrated, healthier, shinier, and softer once the service is complete.

Intensive Treatment Before Step 3

Before moving into the final hydration step, Korean lamination requires an intensive treatment.

For this, I recommend our Goccia treatments.

  • The Goccia Blue Diamond is perfect for lashes that are damaged, weakened, or visibly stressed. It helps regenerate and strengthen the lash fiber, especially when working on clients with previous lamination or lash lift history.

Choosing the Right Adhesive

Adhesive choice plays a big role in Korean lash lifts, and I like to give two options depending on the client’s lash type:

  • Powder Adhesive
This can be mixed with Step 1 or Step 2 to slightly thicken the solution. It makes lifting the lashes easier and gives you more control during placement.

  • Balm Adhesive
If you’re working with very thick, heavy, or extremely straight lashes, a balm adhesive is your best option. These are usually water-based, making it much easier to see which lashes haven’t fully softened when removing Step 1. This gives you more precision and safety during the process.

Pads and Shields Matter

With Maxymova, having the correct shields is just as important as having the right solutions.

Personally, for Korean lash lamis, we suggest using the Mimi and Lift shields:

  • Mimi pads provide more projection and make the lashes look visually longer.

  • Lift pads also enhance projection but create a slightly softer, more natural curve at the base.

Choosing between them depends on what the client wants - maximum projection or a softer, natural lift.

These are the products we truly recommend if you’re starting or perfecting Korean lash lamination. Using high-quality, well-matched products allows you to protect lash health while delivering clean, modern, and long-lasting results.

And remember that all of these products are available through our store, so you can build your Korean lamination kit with confidence and consistency!
